Our hand-embroidered products are painstakingly checked; as these are crafts products, you may notice slight differences between two items included in the same article.

Compared to the standard measurements stated, there may be a variation of between 1 and 2  cm (sometimes more in the case of large items).

The purchase order is only sent once the on-line order form has been filled in and before paying at the check-out.

Every user sending an order is assigned a client order number. The order number will be visible on the Order Control service and on the email which will be sent automatically by the system to the purchaser.

Once the order has been received, RicamiPizzi.com checks that the goods are in stock and then sends the order fulfilment notice by email.

Invoices can be issued for amounts over 150 euro.

We do no accept orders for less than 15 euro (excluding shipping costs) 

If the article requested is not in stock we will inform you - by email - of the delivery time-frame.

No charges for packaging costs.

After you have placed the product in the shopping cart,  you may proceed to the checkout.

Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or  - in Italy only – cash on delivery.

• If the credit card is part of the Visa, Mastercard, American Express or MonetaOnLine circuits,you must enter the details of your credit card.

This transaction is carried out in the Banca Sella site; this is RicamiePizzi.com’s partner bank.

Banca Sella uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which ensures that payment data is protected against intrusion or fraud.

RicamiePizzi.com never views your data. Banca Sella simply informs us when the transaction is successful.

The order amount is charged when the bill is issued.

• Cash on delivery (on delivery of the package); the amount payable to the courier includes shipping costs. Cash on delivery is only possible in Italy.

In accordance with law (article 5 Law DL 22 May 1999 — n° 185) governing return of goods, our watertight agreement allows you to unilaterally cancel the agreement with RicamiePizzi.com.

If you are not satisfied with the product received because it fails to conform to the description, you have 10 days after receipt in which to return it. You may cancel the agreement with us by sending a registered letter to us with return receipt.

Please ensure that the product’s original packing is intact with labels attached, and send it to

Returns will only be accepted with a prepaid parcel.

Before returning an article you are  kindly requested to contact us by email at info@ricamiepizzi.com, explaining the reason for returning the article and stating whether you prefer a replacement or your money back. We will reply to you as quickly as possible and if you choose a refund, we will return your payment to you within the time-limit specified by law after deducting shipping and cash on delivery costs; if you choose a replacement there will be no additional shipping costs.

Products on sale in the RicamiePizzi.com site are delivered to all European and non-European countries covered by the DPD and FEDEX shipping service for BARTOLINI spa express courier company.

When the goods are purchased the system automatically provides the shipping cost which is calculated according to the destination country and the weight.

There are no shipping costs for goods with a purchase price of over € 300,00 shipped to the European Union.

For USA and Canada the shipping costs for goods with a purchase order of over  € 300,00 as follow:

Within gross weight of 5kgs: Free of charge

Between  weight  kgs. 5 and  kgs. 10                    shipping costs € 20,00

Between  weight  kgs.10 and kgs. 20                    shipping costs € 30,00

Between  weight  kgs.20 and kgs. 30                    shipping costs € 40,00

RicamiePizzi.com complies with customs regulations governing goods shipped between Italy and other countries. Any costs due to import taxes in non-European Countries shall be paid separately by the consignee and in all cases shall be charged to the purchaser.
