In accordance with law (article 5 Law DL 22 May 1999 — n° 185) governing return of goods, our watertight agreement allows you to unilaterally cancel the agreement with RicamiePizzi.com.

If you are not satisfied with the product received because it fails to conform to the description, you have 14 days after receipt in which to return it.

Right of withdrawal may only be excercised on the condition that the consumer has not started to use the products and has kept them in good condition, without opening or damaging the original packaging of the goods.

You may cancel the agreement with us by sending a registered letter to us with return receipt.

Please ensure that the product’s original packing is intact with labels attached, and send it to CASA RICAMI s.r.l. Via Edison, 19 - 31020 - Fontane di Villorba (TV) - ITALY.

Returns will only be accepted with a prepaid parcel.

Before returning an article you are  kindly requested to contact us by email at info@ricamiepizzi.com, explaining the reason for returning the article and stating whether you prefer a replacement or your money back. We will reply to you as quickly as possible and if you choose a refund, we will return your payment to you within the time-limit specified by law after deducting shipping and cash on delivery costs; if you choose a replacement there will be no additional shipping costs.
